The
successful applicant will be the manager of Gethsemane staff in Kenya as well
as the manager of all operational needs including stock, supplies, materials,
and maintenance ensuring that the children's homes are well equipped to meet
the physical needs of the children appropriately. |
Duties
& Responsibilities:
Manage staff members in Kenya Monitor and maintain the levels of material and
supply needs at each children's home Solve maintenance problems at the children's
homes Actively pursue and implement cost effective
procedures to increase the efficiency of operations Report to Gethsemane's Country Director of Kenya
and our Director of Development

Passion to serve Christ and others Strong understanding of Gethsemane's mission, message, and programs Must be trustworthy with a high level of professional integrity Ability to travel Strong human resource skills Strong inter-personal and cross-cultural communication skills Strong logic and problem solving ability Effective verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook) An attitude which is described in Philippians 2:3-8
